This Page is for those of you who are new to the Password Scene.  Hopefully it will help you understand some of what is involved in the way WTS (WorldsTopSites.com) works, the Average Password Site works, plus a little on Adult Sites & their content.  I will tackle these in the following order.

WorldsTopSites.com - How it works.


WTS is a Ranking Site that contains links to Password Sites.  WTS ranks them in a Merit Order & attempts to supply you with enough information to make an informed choice of who you visit.  WTS uses the a number of ranking criteria.  These are explained in the following paragraphs.  It should also be mentioned that WTS does not run these sites, so please don't complain to me if their passwords are all dead.

Pirates Passwords This site has custom hacks, pass descriptions & a rating system. There is a NEW section & the large number of passes are listed alphabetically. A good layout & hardly any scams make this a must visit site.

On the Left is this sites Statistics, its Grade: 5.0, is the culmination of many factors about the site.  These are explained most thoroughly in the Ranking System page.  It is enough to say that the higher the number & brighter the color, the better the site will be overall.  Next mentioned is the Passes: 206, this is quite simply the number of working passwords on the site at the time of its last evaluation.  Scam Links: 0, WTS keeps an up-to-date database of know sites that are not real adult sites, but are scams, this number will show how many of these known bogus sites are on the password site in question.  Working: 87%, is the number of working passwords out of the total number of passwords listed on that site.  A section further on deals with dead passwords on Pass Sites.  If the listed site has a high percentage & bright color, it will mean that most of the passwords you click on will work... you will gain entry to the site.  Finally the Speed: Fast, is mentioned.  This is simply the server delivery speed of the sites main page.  The faster the server/connection the quicker you will be able to view the password list.  Some passwords sites take up to 5 minutes before you can view them... they would be rated as Speed: Slow.  Please note that the internet is vast & changeable, what is Fast for me maybe Slow for you.  Not to forget the Links: 27, this is the number of non-pass URL's listed on the sites, it is an indication of how many banners & promotions & cross-links the site has. 

On the Right is the sites name PiratesPasses.com, this name also contains the URL/Link to the site, by clicking on it you will go to the site.  Following that is this sites "WTS Awards"; the Awards System info explains these in depth.  You may hold your mouse over them for a general idea of their meaning.

Finally on the right hand side below the Name/Link is a general description of the site.

Mention should also be made of of the color system used, it is intended as a graphical depiction of the sites standing in relation to each other.

The WTS pages also divide up the sites into different criteria, you may want to bookmark one in particular if it suits your viewing more than another.  The sites that performed the highest are listed as Gold Class Password Sites.  Silver Class Password Sites are sites of Good & Average caliber.  Finally, we have the Bronze Class Password Sites, these are sites that may have good passes, but that do not update regularly or do not have many passes, or to many scams.

Just as a Note, if you find that WTS loads consistently with out any of the graphics visible to you, it is because you need to type in the domain name with out capital letters or the likes, it should look like this.  http://www.worldstopsites.com.

WTS Awards Information

 Award for not having many banners, scams or pop-ups.
Sites that hold this Award will have very few scams, pop-ups, banners or exit windows.  Most Passwords site are run to make a little money, which is fair enough, as the Webmasters devote time & work in getting the passes, maintaining their sites & paying for the hosting.  They are bringing you porn for free, so I think the odd scam (a link leading to a sponsor or pay-per-click program) is not so bad.  Some sites though go overboard.  Their sites are full of banners & scams; when you shut the site down you get a whole lot of new windows opening up.  Sites like this will not receive the Award.

  Award for publishing many new & unique passes.
The Webmasters of Sites that hold this Award are known for regularly hacking & or posting unique passwords.  Many Webmasters just copy other sites passes, but the holders of this Award are Hackers who go & get them, what means & methods they use?  I do not want to know.  These site may often have rarer passes, unfortunately, the passes are rarer as they die or are discovered faster than others... so there may be more dead passes on these sites.

  Award for regularly updating, thus having many working passes.
Sites that hold this Award are Regularly Updated, they are less likely to have dead passes & scams in them as the Webmaster works on his/her site often.  Some Webmaster just update once a week!  Many of these Update Award sites are Automatically Updated by CGI Programs that remove the dead passes every hour... these sites, as a result, have a high number of working passes & you are more likely to find what you want here, as they often collect the  passes from many other sites also.  The down side is that they sometimes collect many scam links in their automated gathering process.

  Award for having a lot of information on the Adult Sites listed.
Information Rich Sites are rewarded with this Award when they have good & accurate information on the passes they list.  Some sites just present you the URL/Link & the password.  Other sites copy their evaluations, spelling mistakes & all, from other Pass Sites; but some Webmasters sit down day after day & view the sites for you.  They give you a list of what is in them, or a general description of their content, some will give them a rating or grade to let you know if they are worth the visit.  These sites are a cut above the rest in their delivery of the goods.  It is a time consuming practice, but is designed to help you view what you want to view in a timely fashion.

  Award for a well designed & easy to navigate site.
Sites that are very well designed &/or have a good graphics presentation are granted this Award.  It is awarded purely for aesthetics &/or functionality.  Sites that are crisp, clear, uncluttered & have a pleasant design that presents the information you need in an easy to access way, with out a mass of misinformation, blind links or excessive banners are a pleasure to surf.  This is what is reflected by this Icon.  I realize style is a subjective thing, but I am sure if we took a poll, 80% of us would agree on what is hot, & what is not.

Password Sites - A general overview.
The following notes apply to most password sites that you will visit from WTS, not WTS itself.


Dead Passwords

Adult Sites that are listed on password list pages transiently die/expire from over use.  This usually means that the password you are using has been discovered to be in the public domain & has thus been deactivated.  The only thing you can do here is quit out & find another Adult Site to view. Some sites will require you to manually input the password, you will usually find these listed on the password list you found the link on.

Some Pass Sites automatically remove Adult Sites that turn to scams (see below) & dead passes every hour, others will leave them on the list until they next update.  If you find that many of the passes on a list are dead, then it is probable that the site has not updated for a while. 

It may also be possible that you need to refresh your browser, as it may be loading an old page from a previous visit.  You must clear your cache memory & reload the page... your browsers help section should explain how to do this, also you may wish to adjust the settings so that your browser refreshes itself after a day. 

Bear in mind that most people start from the top of the lists & work there way down; so if the top few passes have all died, then just move to the bottom of the list & work your way up.  Also note that some AOL users who are using old AOL software will find that all the passes are dead as the AOL software is not compatible with modern HT-Access & HTML standards.  Your best bet is to download the latest versions of Internet Explorer or Netscape.  Web-TV is another troublesome one.  You will need to consult them for help.


Scam Pages

Transiently, some Adult Sites that are onto the "password pool" racket will set up a links page in place of their content pages.  These are sites that take you around in circles for no reward of the pictures they purport to be offering, you will get lost in a maze of endless links & pop-ups.  Best thing to do is quit out & find another Adult Site to view.  Some Pass Sites will hide these scam links on pages within their site to try to generate money, they get paid around 4c for clicks on banners & links.   Here is an example of a links site - http://www.adultorigin.com - so it is up to you if you wish to do them the honor.


Mirror Pages & Domain Names

Probably the single most import fact about Mirror Pages is the use of domain names; many Pass Sites now have them as they are not really desired by the main stream establishment, & thus, are often evicted from their servers with out a moments notice.  The use of domain names allows users, like yourself, to type the domain name (in my case - http://www.worldstopsites.com) into your browser location window and find the site wherever it is in the world.  Domain names are like a universal sign post for the site.

Some sites have their password list pages scattered on servers around the world, they may use a single page to list where these pages are, all the pages are usually identical, they are just in different geographical locations to distribute bandwidth usage or increase the viewing speed for the surfer.  A good example of a mirror page is http://www.passwordhq.com.  This site has a "mirror" image of the pass list page on two different sides of the USA.

Adult Sex Sites - A general overview.
The following notes apply to most Adult Sites that you may visit from Password Sites, not WTS itself.


Access Denied

See the above section titled Dead Passwords, as the reason will probably be that the password has been deactivated.


In-Site Movies will not work

Some sites will not let you view the videos etc. if you have the user-name & password in the URL.  Most Pass Sites uses the the user-name & password in the URL so that you can just click on the link & enter the site... but this has  the down side of sometimes mucking up the viewing of the videos... the cure is to manually enter the user-name & password.  To do this, take the URL that you have as the link, i.e: http://username:password@www.cybersexonline.com/members/index.html  then remove all the extra bits, like the username:password@  & the end members directory /members/index.html  so that you are just left with the home URL   http://www.cybersexonline.com.  Enter this into your browsers URL location bar & then find the link for the members section on that page.  Then click that link & you will be prompted to enter the user-name & password, do so, & you should then be able to view the videos.  I expect that this would be the exception to the rule to have to go through this process.


Plug In's & Downloadable Programs

These are additional programs your browser needs to run web services, you may encounter these if you wish to watch videos.  Most are quite harmless & should not cause any system problems, for some you may need to restart your computer for them to take effect.
